PAVE Technology Co.® is located 8 miles south of the Dayton Intl. Airport (DAY) and the nearby US Air Force Museum.

Customer visits are welcome though plant tours are limited. We can also usually provide transportation between our office and the Dayton airport or nearby hotels, if needed, during normal business hours.

Terms: US$100.00 minimum order if Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit cards or prepay cash order. $250.00 minimum order for open credit purchase order with three supplied credit references and allow several days to process credit application.

Either purchase orders (PO) or credit card orders (MC/VISA) are accepted. Must be confirmed via fax, e-mail or can be mailed to PAVE Technology, 2751 Thunderhawk Ct., Dayton, OH 45414-3451 USA. New accounts that request an open credit PO must supply 3 trade & one bank reference. Please use the drawing # below, if it is available, to order product.

All international credit card orders with the card's bank or shipping destination located outside the USA require a valid UPS, FedX, DHL or other shipper's or freight forwarder's account # in order to be processed. A copy of your recent credit card bank statement and photo ID driver's license may also be required.

Please fax order and credit card info (NO emails with credit card info!) to +1 (937) 890-5165 or call +1 (937) 890-1100 x10 with card #, expiration date and CVD code on back of card. The shipping address must match credit card address, no exceptions.
