Hermetic bulkhead rectangular connector versions with thermocouple contacts for Type T, J, K or E thermocouples are available in standard density d-sub connector versions for 9, 15, 25, 37 and 50 #20 pin arrangements. Supplied with mating connectors and loose crimp thermocouple grade contacts. Please contact our sales engineering for quotes and more details for either single or dual sided DB connector versions.
Connector shell materials are tin plated steel for standard and high density connectors (#20 and #22 AWG contact sizes respectively) and electroless nickel plated aluminum or special order stainless steel materials for micro d-sub connectors (#25 contact sizes). No cadmium or zinc plating.

The PAVE-Seal® epoxy is impervious to most oils, solvents, fuels, freons, gases, etc. Epoxy samples are available upon request for customer’s evaluation for any specific chemical compatibility.
Any type or size of wire or cable may be specified including coaxial cables, thermocouple wire pairs, high voltage wires, fiber optic cable, flat cables, etc. for length.
