Since 1980, our hermetic epoxy wire feedthrough seals have provided a reliable and cost-effective alternative to glass seals, offering comparable low helium leak rates (10^-8 cc/sec) for both low (1 bar or less) and high (100 bar) pressures, as well as vacuum conditions (up to 10^-8 Torr). Whether sealing gases or fluids, there is no detectable leakage. PAVE’s hermetic seals are effective for all types of insulated electrical wires, cables, or pin connectors, ensuring no detectable leakage. Our hermetic passthrough seal designs operate within a temperature range of -200°C to 200°C. Typically, PAVE seals directly to the cable conductor, which is often made of copper alloy for optimal electrical properties.
